Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By adding Multi-Box to your Discord server or using any of its features (including moderation commands, automod, ban pools, channel management, and configuration tools) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server and discontinue use.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Multi-Box, in accordance with Discord's own Terms of Service. Server owners and administrators are responsible for ensuring that the bot is used appropriately within their communities.

3. Permitted Use

Multi-Box is intended for legitimate server management and moderation purposes. You agree not to use the bot to:

• Harass, abuse, target, or harm other users.
• Issue false bans, kicks, or timeouts to manipulate or grief members.
• Misuse ban pool features to propagate unjust bans across servers.
• Abuse purge or channel-lock commands to disrupt your own or other communities.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the bot's operation.
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.

4. Moderation Actions

Multi-Box executes moderation actions (bans, kicks, timeouts, purges, lockdowns, channel locks) at the direction of server administrators. We are not responsible for how server staff choose to use these tools. Server owners are solely responsible for the moderation decisions made in their communities.

5. Ban Pools

The ban pool feature allows servers to share ban lists with one another. By creating or joining a ban pool, you acknowledge that bans issued in your server may propagate to other participating servers, and vice versa. You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of bans you contribute to a shared pool.

6. Automod & Automated Actions

Multi-Box's automod system may automatically delete messages, time out members, or flag users based on configured filters. Server administrators are responsible for configuring these features appropriately. We are not liable for any automated actions taken as a result of your server's automod configuration.

7. Availability

We strive to keep Multi-Box online and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The bot may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues at any time without prior notice.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or revoke access to Multi-Box for any server or user that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. You may remove the bot from your server at any time.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Multi-Box is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages, data loss, or moderation errors arising from your use of the bot.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Multi-Box after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
